Located at Mile Marker 55 on the Mississippi River, the closest bulk terminal to the Gulf of America on the Mississippi River, United Bulk Terminals Davant is a 1,200-acre bulk handling facility with 3.5 miles of riverfront and extensive loading, discharging, and storage capabilities. Acquired by HOST in 2019, the terminal expanded HOST's bulk handling capabilities in the region and is one of the largest bulk terminals on the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Specializing in coal and petroleum coke, with the flexibility to handle other bulk commodities, the terminal is built to support high-volume, efficient cargo movement.
